Where to Look
Different Erie County record questions go to different systems. The county jail roster is the first public source for current custody at the Erie County Holding Center and Erie County Correctional Facility. Sentenced state prisoners are searched through New York DOCCS, while federal and immigration custody use separate federal tools.
